It is easy to view, modify or cancel your reservation. You can do so via this link or on the Budget app.

A Budget Customer Discount (BCD) Number is a unique number assigned to a Budget account or program that identifies eligibility for contracted features or rates.

If you're a member of an organisation or company that partners with Budget you may have access to a corporate BCD. Please check with your organisation or Account Manager for details.

If you have a Budget Customer Discount (BCD) number, you can enter it in the "BCD" discount code section of the search form. We'll use this BCD number to calculate your rental rate and benefits.

When paying by credit or debit card, a card transaction fee will apply of 1.29% (including GST) of the total rental invoice amount. A personal cheque or money order is not accepted. 

You must present a valid credit or debit card at time of vehicle pick up. Please see Requirements For Renting for information regarding pre-authorisation amounts which will be required at time of collection.

Yes, we generally accept Visa and MasterCard debit cards. These cards must show the customer's name, signature and card number, with the applicable logo. Prepaid and reloadable debit cards and gift cards, as well as travel cards and EFTPOS cards are not accepted.

Payments and pre-authorisations look different on your account when using a Debit Card. For more information, please see the Requirements for Renting.

Unexpected changes can happen, so at Budget, if your reservation has not been pre-paid, generally no cancellation fee will apply.

Unless otherwise indicated at the time of booking, most Budget rentals include unlimited kilometres.

If a particular vehicle or rate has limited kilometres, you'll be advised the kilometre allowance included per day and the cost of additional kilometres at time of booking.

Simply, enter the coupon number in the 'Coupon Code' section of the search form when you are entering your search parameters. 

If you are booking direct from the offer page, the coupon code has been pre-filled for you.

There is no need to reconfirm your Budget reservation. However you can view, modify or cancel your upcoming reservation online here.

When paying with a credit or debit card, a Card Transaction Fee of  1.29% will apply to any amounts paid by card. This is a processing fee that is charged by the card issuers to Budget.
